Welcome to the Chinese New Year Hop, brought to you by How Was Your Day?  2012 is the Year of the Dragon!

The Dragon is a sacred symbol in Chinese astrology.  A dragon is symbolic of power and superiority, rather than a threatening symbol.  People born under the sign of the dragon are special, considered widely to be strong and wise.

There are more than 60 blogs participating, each with a minimum $25 prize package!    We also have a Grand Prize.  You can earn entries for the Grand Prize by entering the giveaways hosted on each blog.

You'll definitely want to see what everyone has to offer!

This Review & Giveaway is brought to you by Ozeri
I found the Ozeri Green Earth Frying Pan and thought I had to try it. So I contacted
and asked if I could review it. They graciously agreed.
I have been using the 12 inch Green Earth Pan for about 3 weeks. I love it. I love cooking with it because I know I am cooking with eco friendly products. I have been doing my research and I have found out the Teflon is not healthy for us. So it is nice that there is an alternative out there that will give you the non stick without the chemicals.

Inside the pan.

Bright green POP. I love it.

This pan has changed my life. Clean up is a breeze, No scrubbing no soaking. I HATE doing dishes, but this makes it super easy to just wash and reuse. This pan is SUPER heavy but that is because it is Ceramic.
It provides proper heat distribution, so you have even cooking and no raw foods.

I had a little bit of stickiness but it was only because of the seasonings. It wipes right clean.

The color is so bright and fun. I love that POP in my kitchen.

The pans are PTFE and PFOA Free. Which mean you are cooking without toxic chemicals.
The Non-Stick Coating is made in Germany.
And I love that it cooks evenly. I was so tired of food not being cooked. And with a 3 year old, time is everything when they are hungry. This pan makes cooking fast and easy.
They cook evenly thanks to the magnetized bottom of the pan that makes it safe for induction stoves and a heat resistant handle. The only thing I don't like is that it is not oven safe.

I can make grilled cheese in less than 5 mins. Throw out grilled chicken in 10 mins, Sautee' greens and fry an egg with no problems. Clean up is so fast and easy, you can basically wipe with a paper towl (Or wash cloth since we don't use paper towels) And cook something else. Nothing sticks.

I love that I can bring the no chemicals thing into the kitchen while cooking.

My review: 10 out of 10
We Love this product. We recommend this product to anyone who wants to have a great non stick pan without the harmful chemicals.

Ozeri Also sent us a Duckymeter thermometer for the bath tub as a birthday gift to my son. He LOVES it. I love that it tells the temp of the water every second. And shows 3 colors to tell if the water is too cold, just fine, or too hot. Bug loves playing with it in the bath tub. Makes me feel good knowing the water won't be too hot for him and burn him.

I Give the DuckyMeter a 10 out of 10 as well. You can purchase it on Amazon.

Bath temp too cold Shows up blue.

Bug with the DuckyMeter. Shows up green when temp is good.

BUY IT:
You can purchase the Ozeri 12 inch Green Earth Pan on amazon for $34.99
You can purchase the DuckyMeter on Amazon for $18.45
