This review and giveaway is brought to you by Easy Lunchboxes
I was super excited when I found Easy Lunchboxes, I have been looking for natural alternatives to the BPA filled reusable lunch containers at the stores. And I found it.... At Easy Lunchboxes.
The owner Kelly Lester, Is an absolute doll. She is a wife, mom to 3, actress and performer. She is the creator of Easy Lunchboxes. And I have to say, She is awesome.
She created Easy Lunchboxes to help her daughters get healthy foods while on a small budget and she also hoped to teach her girls about healthy eating while being a role model for them.
This mama is truly amazing.
Now onto the products, I graciously received a pack of 4 containers and 1 lunchbox. I am absolutely in love. Sounds kinda weird to be in love with a lunchbox set right? Well, I am personally trying to eat better and take better care of myself. And I often go to hubby's work, And blog. When I don't have bug. I have the opportunity to eat loads of junk and spend a ton of money at the bar next door, But I usually just go without eating to avoid all of that. Now, I have Easy Lunchboxes. I went to Publix and spent about $15 on some pita bread, hummus, some stuff to make cucumber-yogurt dressing and some chicken and steak.
That $15 has already given me 3 different meals. I have a TON of cucumber yogurt dressing left and same with the hummus. That is my new love. Hummus. My awesome friend Tiff got me to try it and at first I was weary of it, But now, I crave it. Crazy right? Shame on her for teaching me bad the ways of eating healthy.
Anyways, I packed my lunch the night before I was going to go to hubby's work. I cooked everything up, and packed everything up. Put it in the fridge, And in the morning, grabbed my bag, threw some ice packs in, and left. I rode around almost all day with Tiff that day instead of staying and blogging. I know I know, Bad me right? Well, I did get some birth and breastfeeding books from a consignment store out of it.
Once I got back to the theater, I sat down to eat. This was around 4pm. And my food was still cold. The cooler kept everything at the perfect temperature, and I heated up the steak. Put my sammich together and devoured it. Super yummy, super fresh. Like I was making it directly out of my kitchen.
The dividers kept everything separated. Did not have any leakage of hummus out of the container. And even with carrying it around with me all day, it did not spill. (Though it is not leak proof) They advise not to put liquids in it. Hummus is thick so it was ok. I used 2 other containers for storage of my steak and cucumber dressing, and plan to buy some of the recommended items from amazon, that Kelly list's on her site.
The quality of these products is some what unseen of the ones on super market shelf's. And I feel good knowing I am supporting a family when buying these products, and not only that, all of her plastics are BPA free, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and microwave safe.
All things a busy mom needs.
These lunchboxes are also going to be great when Bug and I go for picnic's when it warms up. I am looking forward to that. I will make sure to take pictures and share them once I do take Bug out.
Here are some of the pictures from the set I received.
I picked the hot pink cooler. It is so vibrant and pretty.

The Review:
This product is amazing. I have not had any issues with any of it. The only thing that bugs me a bit, is the strap length on the cooler. But other than that, It is an amazing product. I would recommend this to any of my friends with kids, or for themselves for work lunches.
